How it answers
Every answer traces to a document your team approved. When nothing matches, an operator takes it, with the thread attached.

When it stops
When a question needs account access the agent stops, hands the thread to a named operator, and attaches every source it already matched.

Against the queue
One path waits for the next free operator. The other answers every conversation at once, from documents your team approved.
Every question waits for the next free operator.
Typically answers in 5–30 seconds. No queue, the agent answers first.
Where it runs
Conversations, approved documents and the model itself can be deployed inside a perimeter you control, rather than sent to a foreign API.
Inside the perimeter
Deeper sovereign deployments are scoped and quoted separately.
What comes next
Three stages of one construction: your documents today, your systems next, and after that your own model on infrastructure you control.
01
Answers come from sources your team approves, and nowhere else.
Phase 1 · Approved documents
02
Read-only balances and card status, after integration and security review.
Phase 2 preview · Account-aware
03
Trained for your domain, deployable on a path you control.
Phase 3 · Sovereign deployment
The second door
We license the training work behind Tomaris: supervised fine-tuning data in Uzbek, DPO and RLHF pipelines, and the native speakers who annotated it. When new base models release, we retrain, so your model improves instead of aging.
What we built
We train the weights ourselves: continued pretraining on Uzbek text, then alignment written by native speakers.
Weights we train, not a prompt wrapped around someone else’s model.
Continued pretraining, so Uzbek sits in the weights rather than in the instructions.
Preference pairs written by native Uzbek speakers, on a pipeline we run.
